Responsibilities

  • • Physically and digitally receiving goods: quantitative and qualitative verification of received products based on delivery documents (invoice, delivery note, goods receipt);
  • • Entering materials/equipment into stock using the internal ERP system (AsisRIA);
  • • Managing inventory: continuous tracking of stock movements, accurate updating of warehouse records and inventory in the ERP system;
  • • Preparing and issuing materials to production workshops according to technical recipes, production plans, and approved requests;
  • • Ensuring the availability of materials required for each project in the appropriate production areas, along with internal delivery documents;
  • • Optimal organization of the storage space: shelving, labeling, maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse;
  • • Active participation in scheduled and ad hoc inventory processes; drafting inventory documents and reconciling any discrepancies;
  • • Preparing and checking delivery documents for clients: delivery notes, packing lists, ensuring proper packaging and securing of products;
  • • Safely handling materials using specific equipment (forklifts, trolleys, pallet trucks, etc.);
  • • Providing logistical support for production activities, special projects, or urgent needs (internal transport, material allocation, etc.);
  • • Ongoing collaboration with the procurement, planning, production, and quality departments to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate profile

Ideal Candidate

  • • Completed high school education, with a diploma (technical studies are a plus);
  • • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, preferably in fields such as production, automotive, or metal fabrication;
  • • Solid knowledge of documentation specific to warehouse management: goods receipt notes, delivery notes, invoices, consumption vouchers, warehouse records;
  • • Basic accounting knowledge related to stock management;
  • • Strong skills in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/WMS software (experience with AsisRIA is a plus);
  • • Possession of a valid ISCIR certification for forklift operation – mandatory;
  • • Other certifications/qualifications in logistics or inventory management are a plus;
  • • Strong attention to detail and sustained focus, accuracy and precision when working with numbers and documents;
  • • Ability to efficiently organize the workspace and daily activities;
  • • Flexibility, stress resistance, and team spirit.
