Production Logistics Technician

Job Purpose
The person in this role supports the production process of ambulances and special vehicles by ensuring the availability of medical equipment and components required at each production stage. They work closely with colleagues from inventory management, receiving, and procurement teams to optimize the flow of medical equipment availability on the assembly line.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparation of medical equipment for serial production:

  • • Check the compliance of received equipment with technical requirements and production specifications, and allocate them by project;
  • • Receive goods and complete the necessary warehouse receiving documents;
  • • Enter goods into stock based on incoming documents;
  • • Record goods receipts in the internal ERP system (AsisRIA);
  • • Promptly label and organize equipment to ensure quick identification during production – ERP/WMS system traceability;

• Implementation of supply chain activities in production:

  • • Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of equipment and materials;
  • • Monitor equipment requirements, check consistency between ordered vs. received quantities, and report shortages or non-conformities;
  • • Physically handle and store equipment under optimal conditions;

• Support for production and assembly teams:

  • • Deliver equipment and components to workstations according to the production schedule;
  • • Identify and report any technical issues with the supplied equipment;

• Organizing and optimizing the equipment preparation process:

  • • Propose and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of equipment preparation workflow;
  • • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the equipment preparation area;
  • • Follow internal procedures for managing equipment and materials.

Candidate profile

Requirements:

  • • Completed secondary or vocational education (high school diploma/professional school);
  • • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role;
  • • Knowledge of handling documents related to basic accounting, goods receiving and delivery, stock updates, and inter-warehouse transfers;
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); experience with ERP/WMS software is an advantage;
  • • Valid ISCIR certification for forklift operation;
  • • Relevant certifications/qualifications in logistics or inventory management are an advantage;
  • • Previous experience in companies in manufacturing/automotive/metal fabrication is a plus;
  • • Well-developed numerical abilities;
    • Advanced organizational and planning skills;
    • Focused and distributed attention, psychological flexibility, and adaptability;
    • Understanding of FIFO and serial number tracking (S/N – S).
