Deltamed transforms Black Hawk helicopters into aerial intensive care units

In 2023, Deltamed equipped the seven Black Hawk helicopters purchased by the General Inspectorate of Aviation with state-of-the-art medical stretchers. These systems allow the simultaneous transport of up to four critically ill patients, providing intensive care support during the flight. Designed and tested in specialized centers in Italy and the USA, the stretchers demonstrate Deltamed’s ability to provide high-performance medical solutions, adapted to the demands of emergency air interventions.
