Description

DELTAMED, one of the leading European coachbuilders of ambulances and special vehicles, is expanding its team by hiring a colleague for the position of:

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

 

  • • Drafts individual employment contracts and other legal documents; creates, updates, and archives employee files, ensuring that all necessary documents are complete and properly managed;
  • • Coordinates and manages matters related to the employment and residence of foreign employees, including obtaining and renewing required documents (work permits, residence permits, visas), ensuring compliance with applicable national and international legislation;
  • • Verifies attendance reports generated from the internal system (ERP – Asis RIA) and resolves any identified discrepancies;
  • • Manages the internal monthly attendance process, from annual vacation planning to preparing monthly records for payroll processing;
  • • Provides support to colleagues in using the time-tracking system;
  • • Supports the hiring process by preparing necessary documentation for new employees and contributes to their smooth onboarding;
  • • When needed, communicates and submits reports, declarations, and requests to public institutions such as the Labor Inspectorate (ITM), Pension House, or Employment Agency (ANOFM), in accordance with legal requirements;
  • • Contributes to the creation, updating, and implementation of internal HR procedures, policies, and regulations;
  • • Maintains ongoing collaboration with the Health & Safety Officer and department coordinators, ensuring that each position has an updated risk assessment file;
  • • Maintains the relationship with the occupational health provider, organizes mandatory and periodic medical check-ups;
  • • Manages and updates medical check-up records, oversees the renewal process for each employee using the internal ERP system.

 

Candidate profile

Requirements:

  • • Completed university studies (e.g., psychology, human resources, economics, or related fields);
  • • At least 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in human resources;
  • • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and regulations governing employment relationships, as well as proficiency in using HR management software;
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio); experience with specific HR databases/tools;
  • • Proven experience and advanced ability to manage confidential information, documents, and personal data; ability to work under deadlines; strong analytical and synthesis skills; attention to detail; capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously; self-driven work style; results-oriented communication style; collaborative and assertive in interactions with colleagues;
  • • English language: minimum intermediate level.
