Purpose of the Position
• To perform high-quality welding work on materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and steel, in accordance with the technical specifications of each project, for the assembly of metal components used in the bodies and auxiliary structures of ambulances and special vehicles.

Main Responsibilities
• Perform MIG/MAG and TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and steel according to technical documentation;
• Read and interpret technical drawings, welding diagrams, and specifications;
• Prepare welding surfaces (cleaning, cutting, adjusting, and securing);
• Check materials and subassemblies for compliance with quality requirements;
• Use welding equipment and auxiliary tools safely and efficiently;
• Follow traceability procedures for materials and welds (where applicable);
• Maintain cleanliness at the workstation and care for working equipment;
• Work as part of a team with mechanical fitters, assemblers, and technicians depending on project phases;
• Collaborate with the quality department for validation of completed work;
• Immediately report any non-conformities, errors, or material shortages;
• Comply with occupational health and safety (OSH) and internal quality and safety standards.

Candidate profile

Ideal Candidate
• Completed secondary or vocational education (technical profile – welding, mechanics);
• Valid welding certifications for MIG/MAG and TIG processes (or willingness to recertify);
• Advanced knowledge of reading/interpreting technical drawings;

Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, working with stainless steel, aluminum, and steel;
• Experience in industrial production environments, preferably in small series or prototype production;

Skills and Competencies:
• Attention to detail and quality orientation;
• Manual dexterity and precision;
• Physical endurance and ability to work standing;
• Responsibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team;
• Adherence to health, safety, and fire prevention regulations.
