Description
DELTAMED, one of the most prominent European coachbuilders of ambulances and special vehicles, is expanding its team by hiring a colleague for the position of:
CNC OPERATOR – MILLING MACHINE
Main Responsibilities
- • Operates CNC machines: Haas and Master 4800 Router;
- • Processes parts according to technical drawings;
- • Sets tools and mounts clamping devices;
- • Ensures proper functioning of the machine (e.g., initial checks, settings verification, testing, continuous monitoring of machine functionality, preventive maintenance);
- • Inspects the parts produced on the machine;
- • Handles (stores and, when necessary, transports) machined parts;
- • Cleans and deburrs machined components;
- • Verifies the finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Candidate profile
Requirements:
- • Completed secondary education in a technical field;
- • Knowledge of CNC machine programming (e.g., setting coordinate origin, entering data/program into the machine’s operating system, entering functional parameters);
- • Familiarity with tool setting and fixture mounting;
- • Relevant experience in the field – experience in the automotive industry/metal fabrication/composite material processing is an advantage;
- • Solid knowledge and experience in interpreting technical drawings;
- • English language knowledge is an advantage;
- • Strong technical intuition and skills, focused and distributed attention, adaptability and flexibility, and a passion for the technical field.
