Auto Electrician (Electrical Systems Technician)

Purpose of the Position:
To ensure the installation, connection, and testing of auxiliary electrical systems in ambulances and special vehicles, in accordance with technical documentation and DELTAMED quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • • Installing and dismantling electrical systems on special-purpose vehicles, according to technical drawings and work instructions;
  • • Performing electrical wiring tasks: routing, fastening, and connecting wires, plugs, and electrical devices;
  • • Installing electromechanical equipment (control panels, sockets, optical-acoustic warning systems, etc.);
  • • Performing maintenance, inspection, and repair operations on auxiliary electrical systems in vehicles;
  • • Functionally testing installed electrical systems and addressing any non-conformities;
  • • Complying with occupational health and safety regulations (OSH), and adhering to internal quality and safety standards.

Candidate profile

Ideal Candidate

  • • Completed secondary education in the electrical field (technical high school, vocational school, electrician qualification);
  • • Relevant certifications/qualifications (e.g., ANRE authorization – a plus, auto electrician certification);
  • • At least 2 years of professional experience in the electrical field;
  • • Ability to read, understand, and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings;
  • • Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a team;
  • • Previous experience in production, automotive, or metal fabrication companies – is a plus.

Additional Advantages:

  • • Experience working with low and medium voltage systems, particularly in automotive auxiliary systems;
  • • Basic knowledge of using electrical measuring and diagnostic instruments;
  • • Possession of OSH, ISCIR, or other applicable technical certifications.
