Concept
& design

We transform ideas into reality through a detailed concept and design stage, using the most advanced software tools for maximum precision.

Mechanical design

Our specialists use SolidWorks and Ansys programs to create precise mechanical models and perform complex simulations. This way we guarantee the functionality and strength of each product before manufacturing.

Electrical installation design

We design efficient and safe electrical systems, tailored to the specific needs of each vehicle. Every electrical detail is carefully planned for optimal performance.

Execution in the

We use advanced technologies for high-precision manufacturing.

Mechanical Processing

We use CNC technologies for precise metal cutting, high-performance laser cutting, bending and welding equipment, professional sandblasting booths and industrial painting with quality control systems.

Thermoforming of ABS sheets

We manufacture ABS components by thermoforming at controlled temperatures, using in-house designed molds and automated equipment for dimensional uniformity and accuracy.

Specialized Carpentry

We produce furniture and structural elements from wood and composite materials, through automated processing and technical finishes that ensure resistance, ergonomics and optimal functional integration.

Our mechanical workshop integrates specific technological processes for the production of mechanical components, respecting rigorous technical standards.

Assembly &
customization

We pay maximum attention to the final details by carefully assembling the components and applying the customized graphic design.

Final assembly

Our specialized teams assemble all previously manufactured components, ensuring perfect integration of mechanical and electrical elements.

Professional wrapping

We personalize vehicles with high-quality graphics, highlighting the identity and purpose of each product. We use durable materials and modern engraving techniques.

In our organizational culture, quality is not an accident, but the consistent result of a rigorously planned and controlled process through statistical control methods (Control Plan, SPC, PFMEA, etc.), supported by the most advanced tools and testing methods.

Mechanical and durability testing

Vibration table for simulating mechanical stress (simulates mechanical cycles, tests the resistance of equipment to transport and use. (e.g. chairs, stretchers, other patient transport systems).

Environmental testing

Climatic Chamber and Leakage Test Chamber (simulates a rain of 125l/m2)

NDT Testing

Visual examination (VT – Visual Testing). Direct or endoscope inspection, PT – Penetrant Testing, acoustic testing, air flow testing, light testing, climatic chamber tests, etc.

Equipment testing

Testing of electrical and electromedical equipment: electrical safety analyzers, gas analyzers, simulators, etc.
